DEIA Suite of Equity Tools

At most institutions, plans for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) focus on directly aiding individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. The Enders Equity for All approach is to modify the environment around individuals from underrepresented backgrounds through institutional tools that act as behavioral nudges. Behavioral nudges guide behavior selected by each person, and inclusion of these nudges within institutional tools ensure that all individuals are invited to engage in this important work.
